JOURNALSIM

I have an undergraduate and graduate degree in journalism and love reporting, digging up information and telling true stories. Below are radio, video and print stories I reported, produced and edited while attending Columbia Journalism School.

THERE’S A MONSTER IN MY UTERUS

It’s not Rosemary’s baby, but it’s making these two women totally crazy. These two strangers quickly form a bond, almost like lab partners: both trying to troubleshoot why they’re losing their minds. Radio Feature produced for True Stories in Sound. Reporting, audio recording, writing editing and sound mixing by me. Editorial advisor: Albert Samaha.

A short animated explainer I made in After Effects about the science behind the bond between humans and dogs. Completed in a few days.

DUCKMAN

This New York busker has one mission in life: making people laugh and happy. But behind his bright and quacky exterior lies a dark past. I reported, filmed and edited this video profile in a week.

THE VET VAN
